A personal concoction! Very glad I fiddled around with a pinterest recipe and made it my own. 🙂

Total time: 6 minutes
8 cups gluten free Chex Mix cereal
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup shredded flaked coconut
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
Pour first four ingredients into a bowl, mix gently with a spatula.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil over a double broiler.
Pour melted mixture over dry ingredients, fold gently.
Sprinkle with some of the powdered sugar, fold. Repeat until mixture is coated to your liking with powdered sugar.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
Full disclosure, I didn’t have dairy-free chocolate chips on hand, but I wish I did!! This turned out so great. Will definitely make again for another event!
