A Day In The Life Of A Cirque du Soleil Performer – Speakeasy – WSJ.

A typical day: Rehearsal at 6:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., then 11:30 to 1 p.m. for the wheel. One hour of lunch. Staging from 2:30 p.m. to 6. Dinner from 6 to 7. More staging from 7 to midnight. Technical training takes place in the morning, while staging takes place in the afternoon and evening. Everyone does personal training on their own if they prefer.”

Pretty fascinating interview.
